If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Very friendly salon, always offered a drink, and everything from start to finish is done with care. Kate is so talented, I 100% trust her with my hair - I always love how it looks once she's finished with it - The cut and the colour.

The sign of an amazing salon is when you go in feeling at your lowest and being made to feel a million dollars by the time you leave….that happened today! Not only my normal colour but extra pampering with olaplex, cups of tea and an ear to offload onto. Would recommend to anyone that wants to leave feeling in love with your hair! Xx

Always a treat coming here for my hair. After 15 months of lock-down on and off, hair salons opening on and off, Cuttsys is the best. No real price increases that I noticed and yet, the same great service. Unlike other other places, it is worth the wait if busy because, once you are in the chair, you have the attention of the stylist 100% . I love this place and will not go anywhere else again.

Fabulous appointment with Anoushka! She listened to what I wanted and styled my hair just how I wanted it! So happy. Definitely recommend this salon, it is friendly, really welcoming and all of the stylists are brilliant!

I have now been going to Glam Factory for 14 months which is a first as usually change every 6 months or so. Even booked my appointments till 2024. But I love the salon and friendliness of all the staff. Love Kurtis who does my hair as it's always lovely. And Cindy who does my nails. All in all its a great place to go and be pampered and now they are an award winning business and so deserved.

Recently visited the salon for a hair and makeup session. The salon ambience was nice and comfortable. It was an outstanding experience overall.

Stunning salon, lovely experience and the results you get from any of Mel’s treatments are as amazing as her personality! Definitely recommend this salon

Fabulous as always, making my hair look great for over 17 years now !

Great salon with very efficient staff. Vanessa did a wonderful colour, cut and style with my hair, all completed in time for me to return to the carpark before my parking ticket expired. Always a cheerful place with happy customers joining in the conversations. Nothing too much trouble and very reasonable. Would recommend .

Love my hair, Vanessa always knows what is best for my hair and always styles it perfectly. Great Salon and always recommend them to family and friends.

Really friendly staff and very efficient. Salon was spotless and I saw one of the stylists scrubbing a chair whilst I was there, so it is obviously a clean place.
