I really needed my hair done for an evening out and booked an appointment online with Megan a few days in advance. It was my first time at the salon, and I was immediately struck by the welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The staff and regulars were all lovely—it felt really comfortable. Megan washed and blow-dried my hair, which is very long, thick, and straight, and she gave me a gorgeous, glamorous look that I absolutely loved! I I recently visited Cittsys Hair Studio, and I have to say, it was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I walked in, Venessa made me feel right at home. The salon is clean and tidy with stylish modern decor. Vanessa is a true gem—we had a great conversation, she listened intently and made me feel like I'd been a regular for 20+ plus years (it was my first visit!). She did a top job on my hair which I'm super happy with. I immediately booked my family in so she can sort them out too.

Danielle is the best hairdresser, really thorough consultation at the start of the appointment so she truly understood what I was wanted and discussed how to achieve that in collaboration with my pictures and ideas. Feels like really personal service and even a lovely head massage during hair wash. Definitely recommend.
