As always Hayley is very welcoming and just puts you at ease. She has a very gentle way about her that would put even the most nervous of ladies at ease. Hayley manages to make waxing a pain free experience, she pays attention to detail and turns my previous memories of waxing from being sticky afterwards to being one of feeling nice and smooth. Hayley is also helping me reshape my lockdown eyebrows and after years of the same shape I'm looking forward to new eyebrows that will suit the me now. Definitely the lady to come to, see you soon xx
