My favourite therapist! Karen knows what I want to achieve in every session, sometimes my skin needs to be hydrated and sometimes it needs to be brightened. For all the sessions that have been with her, she is able to customise to my needs. Highly recommended.

Excellent consultation with Joey, who was clearly very passionate about skincare and providing customers with advice in their best interest. She is realistic about expectations and even suggested third party alternatives to consider for my condition. No hard-selling at all. Went to Creature of Habit for their Clari-Toning Therapy & Facial and honestly… loved it. The place has that perfect mix of hipster and high-end,super easy to vibe with. The waiting room alone makes you want to just chill there all day. 😌 The therapist was friendly and explained everything without overcomplicating it. The treatment itself was so relaxing, my skin felt super clean, hydrated, and just… fresh. Overall good 👌 Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I want both good skin and a little escape from the hustle.

I had a wonderful experience with Cream, such a confident and skilled beautician. She did an amazing job with my lash perm and lift. My lashes are beautifully curled and lifted, just the way I wanted. She’s also such a lovely lady to chat with, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I also opted for eyebrow trimming, but she kindly refused to charge me as she said she only nicked off a few extra hairs with such honesty and thoughtfulness! Truly a gem in this industry. Quni was very meticulous and gentle during the extraction process. My skin feels very unclogged after the facial. The microneedling facial was a little uncomfortable in certain areas of my face but she was very aware when I feel uncomfortable and managed the machine well.

My teenage daughter went for her first facial here and being not comfortable at all having her face being touched, she actually enjoyed the entire session and found it extremely relaxing. Thanks to Sharifah, she is now open to go for facials, but only here. :) Her dry skin due to dry cold weather overseas, improved immediately after this facial.

Jenny and Lily are very professional and the whole experience here is elegant and unhurried. The ambience is perfect with the rose theme, fragrance, high ceilings and soft music. There is no hard sell and my skin feels softer and smoother after two sessions.

My experience was really great from the start till the end. The consultation was really thorough, which I really appreciate as not many would explain in detailed. After the treatment, my face felt and looked so fresh, so glowy and super clean! I woke up the next day looking as glowy too!

I brought my dog to Snob Ark Pet Salon today for grooming and was really happy with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and took great care of my pet. The grooming was done exactly how I wanted — clean cut, nails trimmed, and he smelled amazing afterwards! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality grooming services.
