I came here a few months ago to do my lips. I was so happy with the results that I decided to do a bunch of other treatments. For me this is the best aesthetic practitioner in London! Naz is very attentive, gives great recommendations and has a great eye. I had beautiful results and minimal to no pain during procedures, even in the most sensitive areas like under eyes or lips or neck.

Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

Despite it only being a consultation, I was very happy with the overall experience helpful, truthful and honest. I will be booking an appointment to get my hair done for sure. And overall atmosphere was high energy but not to overwhelming.

I recently had an treatment and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the clinic felt welcoming, clean, and very professional. Nicole was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident before starting. I really appreciated how thorough the consultation was, as it helped me understand what results to expect. The treatment itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable. She was gentle and skilled. So happy with my cut! Kevin took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, how my hair works, and how I style it to make sure the cut worked for me and my lifestyle. Previously had a bad haircut somewhere else and so was feeling a little burned but Kevin made me feel so comfortable and heard and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the result!
