Micheal and Lauren understand hair like no other hairdressers I’ve been to around the world, they are individually creative and constantly produce the results I want. I always leave happy after any kind of hair day, from just a blow dry to full head highlights to balayage, I’m lucky to say I’ve got them as two brilliant artists, at my side through every occasion or every time I just need a little pick me up! Also on a side note, they put up with my constant speaking and random thoughts which is a challenge that deserves a reward in itself. Always a pleasure, thanks again Ruchie team!

Hadn’t been for a while and my grey roots needed sorting. Rosie expertly blended my greys with my natural colour using low lights and highlights. My hair looks and feels great. Lovely coffee, biscuit and positivity sticker. Great atmosphere as always. Thank you and I wouldn’t go anywhere else ♥️

Zara-Jade was amazing! My cut and highlights were done to perfection, and I was blown away by her knowledge and expertise. She was incredibly friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I cannot recommend Zara-Jade enough.

Great professional and very friendly service When I’m in Poole (which is quite regular) always go to Suzana. Definitely recommend Thank you for a great wash and blow dry.

Hair is perfect! I decided I wanted to change things up and add a little more brown to my balayage but not make it too dark and Michael did it exactly as imagined! To top it off I even got treated to a homemade caramel iced latte and a head massage, so no complaints here!

Lauren did an amazing job with my hair, blending in my balayage beautifully. She was extremely gentle ( even with my challenging curls) and listened to my needs while offering helpful advice. I can’t recommend her or Michael enough. This is my second time visiting and certainly will not be my last! Thank you so much :)

Michael always gets it spot on! I have the best experience at the salon, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my balayage and hair extensions.

My trainee was the best at washing hair, blowdrying and foils. A real professional. She should be very proud.
