Emma did my eyebrows and I couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly professional and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Her customer service and care are excellent. I always have a fantastic experience at this salon with Isla. She is kind, attentive and very skilled. I had a balayage yesterday and after going home was a little unhappy with lighter colour just on a small strand of hair at the front. This was sorted out by Isla the next morning without a fuss and without being made to feel like a nuisance, and I am very happy with the result.

Excellent service as always. I travel from outside of Crawley to see Nicky.. I won't go or see anyone else for my beauty treatments. Nicky is always so obliging and accommodating even coming in on her day off to ensure I could have my treatments before going away.
