What a great experience as usual. I went in for a cut and blowdry but after arriving I decided I'd like to get highlights as well. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. Absolutely love Art Room Spa! The salon has such a positive, welcoming vibe; full of plants, laughter, and great energy. It truly feels like a little oasis. My stylist Sandra is amazing. She knows my hair so well and always puts its health first. I’ve never left unhappy; she’s honest, thoughtful, and always on point with her recommendations. This is my absolute favorite salon. Sergio is not only a phenomenal hair dresser but truly makes the entire experience easy and I always leave smiling! He ALWAYS gets my color right. ALWAYS. Huseyn did a great job cleaning up my hair for the holidays. He balances out the buzzer and clippers well. He was a good conversationalist but not too talkative, still allowing for a peaceful experience. Appreciated visiting Huseyn and the team at Chaps & Co. It’s great to have a shop like this in midtown. Especially convenient if you are a commuter and trying to catch a train from Grand Central!

Albert never ceases to to amaze as a woman with very very thin post cancer hair and who prefers short cuts that can fall short with others. He has been a godsend as have the wash staff and their facilities management during Covid and now even 5 years later. They are still arguably the best value for a never hurried experience, a rarity in the city.

London was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She really took her time educating me informed of each product she used and how it would benefit my hair. The hair came out great and she worked quickly as well. Will definitely be back to visit her chair again.

I was initially nervous because I haven't had the best haircut experiences before, but the staff here were very kind and attentive. Ena specifically carefully listened to my needs and saved the botched haircut I had, and delivered the exact haircut/styling I requested. Kudos to her and the rest of the team.
