What a great experience as usual. I went in for a cut and blowdry but after arriving I decided I'd like to get highlights as well. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

Huseyn did a great job cleaning up my hair for the holidays. He balances out the buzzer and clippers well. He was a good conversationalist but not too talkative, still allowing for a peaceful experience. Appreciated visiting Huseyn and the team at Chaps & Co. It’s great to have a shop like this in midtown. Especially convenient if you are a commuter and trying to catch a train from Grand Central!
