This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

First time at a Fika Beauty; I went to the new East location where Kassandra did the Brunette Edit. I’ve been to many hair studios in Ottawa and none of them are as warm, welcoming, and modern as Fika Beauty. The techniques used, the salon space, and the products are top-tier. Not to mention the talented women! Very impressed with Kassandra and will be driving the 45 minutes each way to have my hair done by her again :)
