Nails look okay. Most times I’ve gone here the nail tech takes time to ensure all my nail lengths are equal and spends time on the shape. This time was very rushed. Nails not same length. Not even the same shapes, the nail tips are not smooth but on a diagonal slant and each nail shape looks a bit different from the other. Disappointed this time not sure if I will be returning.

Tammy was incredibly understanding and very flexible, I asked her to redo a few things because I had some different ideas of how I wanted the nails to look. She tried out each one and worked with me every step of the way! Always a lovely experience to have her as my nail tech.

Chloe is honestly the sweetest. She always knows exactly what color I want and finds it right away, and she really puts her heart into what she does. Nikki did a fabulous dip powder manicure on my very short, natural nails. She was patient, thorough, and detailed. Amazing cuticle care and nice, even polish. Also, she did not comment on the length of my nails nor did she encourage extensions, which I very much appreciated. We did not chitchat and the salon was calm, making for a relaxing experience. I will definitely book Nikki again.

Felipe is super friendly and incredibly talented. The gel extensions are incredibly strong and durable and both times i’ve visited they have been impeccably shaped and smooth. He’s very detailed oriented and ensures you are on the same page for what you want them to look like verifying you like the colour and are completely happy with them before leaving. I highly recommend La Crystal and have been sharing this great experience with friends and colleagues.

My nails look amazing as always. However, I booked a French manicure with coloured dip, and when I arrived the nail tech didn’t know how to do French dip and no one else was available. I was offered ombré which was fine and again looks really nice. But what I didn’t appreciate was being charged for ombré when it was a staffing error on their part. I feel like I should’ve been offered the same price my French dip was as compensation

Absolutely obsessed with this spa/salon! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Tammy is so friendly and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect! My nails come out flawless ever single time— amazing shape, smooth finish, and the designs are always exactly what I asked for or better! She is super detail-oriented and you can tell she truly cares about her work. I’ve gotten so many compliments! This has been my go-to spot for years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
