A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

Absolutely incredible massage! Great service from start to finish. We had a couples massage fro my grinds 30th and they really impressed us. They provided champagne glasses for the Prosecco . Everything was neat, clean and presentable. Really lovely setting and venue. One of the best massages I have had in London so far. Gabi was absolutely exceptional!! As someone who travels frequently and spends long days on my feet, I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. Gabi somehow found every pain point and expertly worked through them, leaving me feeling completely restored. The treatment was incredibly effective while still being relaxing, and her skill, intuition, and attention to detail really stood out. As always violet creates an amazing session by going both deep and lightly into my pains and helping to relive them. I have been coming to violet for a few months now to address my jaw issues and every session is fantastic. She is helping to gradually release many years of tension and pain. She works on the muscles that connect everything together as well as the jaw itself. I always leave the session feeling peaceful and calm even after very intense tension relief. The atmosphere she creates is wonderful and I feel very comfortable around her. I would 100% recommend.
