This was a downsize piercing. It was very comforting and kind. Very good experience, the ball did come off as I was leaving but I think that might have been my fault and I just went back quickly and she very kindly put it on again for mme. I would definitely recommend this place

Faith is amazing! I was so nervous to get my Daith pierced & had to bring my Husband along for support. Faith informed me of the steps & how the pain is more pressure than pain. She was 100% right! With her lovely playlist calming me right down I was in & out in less than 15mins. After the appointment faith sent me a very detailed aftercare plan that I am able to go back to, should I forget anything. Faith is so welcoming, friendly & extremely professional! Already confirmed she will see me in about a month for conch piercing. I am over the moon with my piercing! Thank you Faith, a hidden gem!

Such a lovely experience. Chloe was very clear in explaining what she will do prior to the treatment and then during the treatment, she was very gentle and firm which I loved! My first ever facial and it was called deep cleansing. Fantastic therapist, sooo professional, clean environment and very clear with what was going to happen during the treatment which gave me confidence in her abilities. Face feels like its breathing, so clearly had been clogged up for years. She also gave great advice on skin care. Didn't expect to enjoy the treatment as much as I did.
