A little oasis in the Palace. A wonderful find. My first time here but will definitely be back. Enjoyed the body scrub, felt so soft after. The sauna was so tranquil and relaxing topped off by the hit stone massage. Attentive and personable staff.

Haven’t been here for a while due to work ... sooooo pleased I found the time today! I had a pedicure and full body massage with Elmas - wow!!! The massage was AMAZING ... strong, but relaxing - every part of my body ached before, even my ear lobes (had no idea until I was being massaged!) and now I’m feeling so much better. Thank you soooo much!! My pedicure was brilliant ... I’ll definitely be requesting Elmas after lockdown!!

There are horse whisperers and dog whisperers but I have now met a “body whisperer”. Leslyn is a totally amazing masseuse who understands the body, tension and pain and can seek out areas that need attention even if you were unaware of them. She has the ability to completely relax a client whilst still delivering a firm and powerful massage. Every stroke has a purpose and not one movement is there to fill time. She has the expertise to tailor a massage to the client’s needs and not deliver a run of the mill treatment. She is awesome. I highly recommend this talented lady.

I’m a professional hair and make up artist in tv and film and this is My favourite place in london! The best treatments, you always come out with something brand new. Hifu I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I’m very excited to see the results. Definitely Worth coming to Crystal Palace from anywhere in london. Amazing owner Nathalie who has her own vegan range of products called ninski are incredible to use after a treatment! Highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting aesthetics and treatments. The most friendly professional staff!

I have been to so many places for treatment. That's including very popular places in Central London as I lived near Central befor I moved to Crystal palace. I was looking somewhere new for my treatment and I found this Gem call " La Belle Jolie"!!!. Outstanding treatment came with Outstanding service from all the staff. I simply Couldn't thanks enough. Also staff are full of positive attitude. I definitely not going anywhere else now. I wish I can give more than 5 stars.

Little gem in the heart of Crystal Palace, booked a de stress sauna for myself and my mother and was very pleasantly surprised with how well it was set up. Sauna itself big enough for two people I wouldn’t book for more people than that. Regardless, Definitely recommend
