I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! I highly recommend Ruen Thai Spa for anyone seeking a blissful escape.

I recently had the most relaxing Indian head ritual by the lovely Laura. It started with a beautiful back neck and shoulder massage, followed by a gorgeous face and scalp massage. I left feeling totally relaxed following a very busy morning. It was devine and I would totally recommend this treatment from Laura at Soothe and Glow. Thank you! ❤️

We ha a truly wonderful experience at Ruen Thai! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

Great session today with Nicky, straight after felt lighter, worked in several knotes, also the atmosphere very friendly and relaxed. Will be coming again, definitely recommend! I think this is my one of the best massage in 35years!

maddi was great, i went for a pregnancy massage she explained things she couldn’t and could do that were safe definitely helping me feel reassured. i was comfortable and relaxed the whole time and left feeling completely refreshed. i will definitely be back for other treatments after my baby is born, thank you x

I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

Nicky was great, I have issues with my lower back and she picked up that straight away. It was a fantastic combination of pain and relaxation as she got all my knots out and left me feeling relaxed and ready to go. My first time at Maddi's and I must say what a pleasent surprise from someone so young. The service was excellent, everything was explained before hand.
