I visited for my first massage last week, I was after a deep tissue massage to relieve spasm in the muscles along my spine. The studio is lovely, clean and just had a cosy/relaxing feeling to it. Shay was great about understanding my main concern and really friendly. Most importantly my spine was immediately better and I have not experienced any pain or discomfort whilst at rest in my spine since. Best/most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had! I was so impressed, I returned less than a week later for a migraine trigger point massage! Highly recommend - thank you Shay x

I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! Massage was nothing short of amazing; the therapist skillfully relieved my tension and made me feel truly relaxed. I left feeling rejuvenated! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at inner Glow! The facial was nothing short of amazing – my skin has never felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

Nicky was great, I have issues with my lower back and she picked up that straight away. It was a fantastic combination of pain and relaxation as she got all my knots out and left me feeling relaxed and ready to go. Amazing! The skin specialist Roberta took the time to get to know not only me but my skin along with talking over all the products I used and which ones could be problematic! This was amazing for me to learn from an expert about what I shouldn’t and shouldn’t be using! The rest of the facial was amazing relaxing and left my skin glowing- she tailors the service to suit you and would highly recommend to any one no matter your age! 10/10 amazing!

The facial was incredibly relaxing, and a week later, my skin still feels refreshed, smooth, and glowing. Bobbie is extremely knowledgeable in skincare and was able to answers any questions I had. I saw Miss Pui and she was incredible. I had a hump on my neck from slouching to much and it is gone, no sign of it whatsoever. I also had a protruding disc close to my neck and I don’t know how she did it but I can’t even feel it with my hands anymore. I don’t feel more relaxed or anything like that because I have PTSD so it was never going to help in that way but my god has it fixed my back and neck. The amount of popping I heard whilst being massaged was insane. I was so knotted up from stress of life and the disorder. My back feels brand new now. Highly recommend Miss Pui..Thank you 🤗
