I’m writing this review as today was my last appointment with Zenah, as I’m moving abroad, and I just want to say how much I’ve loved going to her over the past year for my lash extensions She is incredibly talented and has such a lovely, warm personality. Every appointment felt relaxing and personal, and I truly enjoyed our little chats and catch-ups If you’re ever unsure what style suits you, she’s the one to go to. Her knowledge and attention to detail are amazing, and she always knows exactly what will work best. I’m genuinely going to miss my infills 🤍

Sabrina is excellent in every way!! Perfect!

Brilliant experience! Aga was warm and reassuring and I felt very relaxed having thread vein removal treatment for the first time. It was a little stingy but aga did everything she could to make me more comfortable as well as explaining aftercare and future treatment suggestions. Highly recommend!

Sarah was so kind, professional, and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. This was my second visit and what stands out is how the team work together to support each other. All help to look after clients as they arrive with a warm welcome and offer of refreshment. The environment is very good and the treatments have been great. I have had two different therapists - both excellent - this week it was Laura.

Had semi permanent makeup applied to my lips yesterday. Always very impressed with Ewelina’s professionalism and perfectionism. So I only had them done yesterday and am pleasantly surprised as to how great they look. The swelling had gone by the evening and am so happy with how defined they look in comparison to my previous pale undefined lips. Initially I thought that can’t be my natural lip shape but upon looking at them with a magnifying mirror realise the procedure has only brought out my natural lip shape which I didn’t realise I had.
