I had an incredible experience at Ruen Thai Spa on Sunday! The ambiance was nice, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Only one think I need to mention : You need relaxing music inside the room ! I recently had the most relaxing Indian head ritual by the lovely Laura. It started with a beautiful back neck and shoulder massage, followed by a gorgeous face and scalp massage. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Methi and it was absolutely fantastic! I've been having a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and he really listened to my concerns and focused on those areas. The pressure was perfect, and I felt so much relief afterward. He also gave me some great tips for stretches I can do at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and Methi was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Methi and Ruen Thai Spa for anyone looking for a great massage! I will definitely be back for another massage soon.

I had the best massage I’ve ever had with Lucy. She was so friendly and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She took the time to understand where I was holding tension and tailored the treatment to what my body needed. Lucy is absolutely brilliant at what she does! This was the second time I’ve been for a full body massage and I always walk away feeling like I could float.
