Sujika was fabulous and very thorough with a lovely energy. She walked me through the treatment and explained the product that would be used to treat my hair prior to checking my scalp. The experience was bliss - Sujika ensured that each part of the treatment was balanced and even, with no more time spent in one section than another. Perfect massage pressure, gentle throughout when needed, and a really good drying technique. I left feeling so relaxed and zen. 10/10.

I last came to Tokyo Head Spa when it was located in Salon Lane and I did not have a good experience. However, I received a gift voucher for the new location and it was amazing. The chair becomes a bed so you are lying almost completely flat. The whole experience was amazing - firm pressure in the massage and Kloe was excellent. Highly reccommend giving their new location a try.

Nuntida Chanpitikul as a therapist was excellent, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and provided a tranquil, peaceful time - I was able to relax and enjoy myself - it was very lux. However the customer service, booking system and organizational aspects prior to seeing Nuntida - absolutely terrible.

first time to visit this place as i was desperate to get a massage for pregnant women like me and they didn't disappoint, when i came the bed was warm, relaxing music was on, quiet - you wouldnt hear anyone talking and most importantly the massage therapist was really good. i 100% recommend this place, staffs were friendly and they even gave me freebies. Thank you and will definitely come back!

My experience at Tokyo Head Spa was calming, luxurious, and welcoming. Yuka is an exceptional practitioner. Her friendly and professional manner immediately put me at ease, and the spacious room, soothing aromas, and expertly tailored massage made the treatment deeply relaxing from start to finish. Honestly, that alone would have made the experience worthwhile, but the fact that my hair and scalp felt noticeably refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards was an unexpected bonus. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and refreshed. I would highly recommend Yuka.
