There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. Charlie is a lovely girl who I have been going to for just over a year for hybrid dye & brow lam and lash lift & tint, and have had an amazing service every time. Charlie has always made my lashes and brows exactly how I want them and I wouldn't be without them now!

10/10 experience, Anniyah (sorry if I spelled the name wrong!) was so friendly, funny and professional. She gave me the full VIP package with halal brows and a lash lift and I’ve never ever been happier with the way my brows and lashes look. We were done so quick and her precision is unmatched. She even gave me a little goodie bag with an aftercare kit at the end! I’m so happy with the service and result and I’ll be coming back again for sure. I felt so comfortable here.

Wow! Thanks to Gagan I have the brows of my dreams! Lovely salon, and Gagan is very welcoming and friendly! I have thin, sparse brows, with not much natural shape, but Gagan worked her magic and tinted and shaped them to absolute perfection! Very, very happy with my brows and will definitely be returning!

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

I’m a brand new woman with a more confident smile. I travelled all the way to Birmingham to get my teeth whitening done. From the moment I stepped in I was made to feel so welcome. She had such a radiant smile and a welcoming presence. Whilst getting my teeth whitened she was so caring. She checked on me every 15 mins to make sure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. I felt like I was in great hands. The shop looks absolutely amazing and is very easy to locate. It’s amazing to see such a talented woman shine so bright. If I could I would hire her in London. Such great prices.❤️

Wonderful relaxing experience. Enjoyed my pedicure, lash volume lift & eyebrow wax & tint. Maya's enhanced pedicure equipment enhanced the luxury and efficiency of the treatment. Maya was also gentle especially with the eyebrow waxing. Would highly recommend Maya.

Went for a facial, eyebrow wax and eyebrow and eyelash tint. Wow what can I say my eyebrows finally look how I’ve always wanted them to Lilly has done a fantastic job never had my eyebrows how I wanted them thank you Lilly I love them. Now the tint was amazing can really notice the difference Lilly also listened to what colour I wanted them and achieved it so happy. The facial was the best facial I’ve ever had Lilly really took her time and the treatment was amazing. Felt so relaxed during and after the treatment Lilly is a lovely lady and felt very comfortable with her

First visit to Essence and Co for appointment for eyebrow styling (reshaping waxing), of rather bushy brows!. Met the lovely Maya who is welcoming, friendly and puts you immediately at ease. The appointment is in a private studio with a relaxed discussion about what I want to achieve style wise, measurements taken and professional advise given about what will work and look good, and a long term plan for reshaping. So happy with the results! Will definitely rebook for regular appointments :)

As a man I was always hesitant of getting my eye brows thinned and shaped and I finally took the plunge after seeing a new beautician was working at Lincoln Lashes close to where I live. Gemma listened to my concerns as I wanted the shaping to be discrete and she explained clearly what she was going to do. I now look a million times better and have no concerns on booking in again when they grow out. 5 stars
