I had the most relaxing Luxury Spa Combo with Jo. She is so welcoming and kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Before starting, she took the time to ask if I had any concerns. As I struggle with my back, she tailored my massage to focus on the knots in my shoulders, and somehow managed to release them. I genuinely didn’t think they were ever going to go! She also gave me a facial, and my skin feels so clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards. I honestly couldn’t recommend Jo enough. She’s a lovely lady, the treatment room is so calming, and she’s so talented!

I’ve been having Biotin injections with Charlotte for the past 4 months, and they’ve made a really considerable positive difference to my hair growth. My hair is definitely longer, feels much healthier, and overall looks far stronger. All I can say is that she is amazing, done my daughter’s hair and makeup for prom. Not only did she look stunning. Her hair and make-up lasted the entire night, (bearing in mind it was the hottest night of the year). She is absolutely amazing.
