This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

✨ The most beautiful Mommy & Me spa experience! ✨ We had the best experience at Mommy Wellness Warehouse Spa in Claremont. From the moment we arrived, the space was clean, peaceful and so relaxing. I was specifically looking for a Mommy & Me spa package for myself and my 6-year-old, and Rochelle was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. She took the time to give me different options and helped make the experience perfect for both of us. The ladies working there were so friendly, gentle, warm and sweet.

I needed the dry cupping badly as I had a very hectic week at work which caused severe neck pain and a very tight back. However, after Hudah dry cupping treatment I felt less tight, more relaxed and ready to tackle the Women's Day long weekend. I enjoyed the massage, Gadija was lovely and gentle but hard enough when needed to be, and it was very relaxing. I was just not impressed by someone outside the room was having a loud chat for almost the duration of the massage.

I drifted away and even drooled. Cair's attention and rhythm of her massage sent me into a dreamy bliss of relaxation. Bed was warm and comfortable and I loved the hot clothes compress after the massage. Stepping off onto the cold tiles was just a bit of a shock. Nevertheless, will definitely recommend Soothe!!
