I went yesterday for a head massage & today for a full body massage & both experiences were absolutely wonderful. She did an incredible job of being very attentive to each part of my body, applying the perfect amount of pressure, just overall being lovely - and honestly I feel incredible. I’m unfortunately leaving Norwich in the next month or so but I intend to come back as often as I can afford to before then! I can’t recommend enough 😊 (also both times had a really warm greeting from the receptionist which I think speaks a lot about a business!)

I had a wonderful experience. Bernadette is such a lovely person who genuinely cares about her clients and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you arrive. Her massage was amazing – I felt like jelly afterwards, totally relaxed and stress-free. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really takes the time to make sure you're looked after. Great massage! I changed my mind about the type of massage I'd originally booked but Gabby was totally lovely about it. I usually struggle to get up from the massage bed afterwards with a stiff back but not this time! The bed was so comfortable and warm and the room setting was perfect. Very relaxing. This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.
