I was very stressed and tired and receptionist was really helpful and understanding when I was confused and helped me. The massage was one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had and I am already looking at when to come back! It was a little noisy and cold at first but I told my therapist and she immediately turned the heating on the massage bed up and put music on so I could fully relax. I felt very understood and listened to. She also paid attention to areas of concern and was careful with areas I asked her not to touch. I will be back in a few weeks & maybe get other treatments too

This is my 2nd visit having 1 hour of shoulder, back and neck massage. My left shoulder gets really stiff. Oat did deep tissue massage with and without oil. She even put pressure on my shoulder/back with her knees and it works! Massages on bottom, arms, legs and head included. The heaviness was gone when I went home and it's very relaxing. The room is modern and lovely as if you are at a hotel. I highly recommend this place and will go there regularly!

As always, I had an absolutely wonderful massage with Brenda at Casa Regina! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Brenda was professional, attentive, and really skilled. She had excellent technique and really knew how to work out the tension I'd been carrying. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere at Casa Regina was lovely as well. Lovely facial - skin feels amazing and looks much fresher and brighter. Such a treat to lie and be pampered for an hour including a really relaxing arm and shoulder massage. Once again, a great experience I was very happy with the stylists, and they did a great job with my hair! The only downside was that after leaving and putting my hair into plaits, I realised a small portion of my hair was shorter on one side than the other, which must have been a little mistake when I asked for them to go over my undercut, which made it difficult to make longer braids on one side. But apart from that, it was perfect! I was even offered a head massage whilst my hair mask was left in, which was very relaxing. I will be coming back, I highly recommend this salon :).

The massage itself is very good and I liked the therapists. I have a note to the management though. Can you please consider adjusting the sound system in every room? It would be better if every room has its own control over music. For me, it’s hard to relax when music is loud and it ruins the entire experience. Or even perhaps cover the dynamics so the sound can be muted? Thanks.

I had an amazing experience with Devrim. She is incredibly professional, skilled, and attentive to every detail. Devrim is absolutely amazing at what she does! I’ve had two very different massages with her so far, and both were incredible. The lymphatic drainage massage left me feeling noticeably better afterwards, and the pregnancy massage was exactly what I needed—I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and genuinely good during what can be a challenging time. My massage was great, I am really relaxed and energised at the same time.

I had been suffering with a very stiff neck, shoulder and chest pain, along with constant back pain. My movement was extremely limited and I was even struggling to sleep because of the discomfort. After an incredible deep tissue massage, the difference was unbelievable. My neck movement came back almost immediately, the pain eased significantly, and I finally felt relief throughout my body. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and able to move properly again. She was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood exactly where the tension and problem areas were. Amy was amazing from start to finish, very accommodating! The lymphatic massage was so relaxing and Amy was informative about the treatment, and made sure i was okay through out.
