Lovely facial - skin feels amazing and looks much fresher and brighter. Such a treat to lie and be pampered for an hour including a really relaxing arm and shoulder massage. I had a two hour Thai Oil massage - which my therapist Zina tailored to my need. I have particular back pain which would require medical care - Zina worked with pull, stretch, deep tissue and manipulative techniques - focusing on my back (but a whole body massage), to better my very stiff lower back, neck and shoulders. Zina worked on some fatty tissue (formed as a harmless lump about 3cm wide - which I have had for a few years) - it was painful whilst working on it - but surprisingly it's now disappeared. The treatment was thorough and Zina put a lot of hard work and concentration in.

The massage itself is very good and I liked the therapists. I have a note to the management though. Can you please consider adjusting the sound system in every room? It would be better if every room has its own control over music. For me, it’s hard to relax when music is loud and it ruins the entire experience. Or even perhaps cover the dynamics so the sound can be muted? Thanks.

I booked a Swedish massage for myself and my two daughters at Layana Finchley, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. The massage therapists were amazing—professional, attentive, and skilled. We all thoroughly enjoyed our massages, which lasted for a full hour and were incredibly relaxing. It was such a treat for all of us, and we left feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend Layana Finchley and will definitely be returning!

. The salon is well set out and has a very relaxed spa vibe about it. Lauren uses lots of Neals Yard organic products which makes a more luxurious experience. Lauren made me feel very comfortable And checked my medical and general history before starting the appointment. I had a full body massage prepaid with a celebration voucher my husband had bought me. Room temperature and music ambience was perfect and it really felt like I was having a spa day. No background noise from the road, hair salon or other room could be heard. A very lovely experience.
