Had a very relaxing and enjoyable massage. Terry is highly professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The environment was cozy, calm, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. My lymphatic drainage massage with Anna was amazing. I really struggle to relax, but this was the most relaxed I have ever felt during a treatment. I felt like I was walking on air afterwards. I noticed a real difference in how my body felt, less puffiness, a lighter feeling, and a deep sense of calm. The best wedding prep experience! Elle booked me in for a pre wedding legs detox and sculpt session. I’ve always had a few problem areas on my legs that have left me a little self conscious, so thought that I should give lymphatic drainage massage a go. I was so relaxed and could feel the toxins flushing out of my legs. They felt lighter, sculpted and so much smoother. I couldn’t be happier and I’m so excited to get my wedding dress on now! Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

Agata is very professional, but what stood out to me most was how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout the whole massage. She really listened to what I needed and paid close attention to every detail, which made the experience feel very personal. I left feeling much lighter, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Anna’s facials have been amazing in addressing my rosacea skin, which can also be sensitive. I leave with gorgeous, glowing skin that feels healthier and I also feel so relaxed from her amazing neck and shoulder massages, which form part of the facial. Amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had such a good time at my appointment with Victoria today! ❤️ I had both a mani and a pedi and, let me tell you, this was the BEST manicure and pedicure I ever had in London, since I have moved here almost 6 years ago. Victoria is not only very professional, careful and attentive, but she also has a great personality and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. What an incredible experience! Elle was so knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. Had a sport therapy massage, which was nice and deep and left my tense body much more relaxed. Happy that he listened and focused on my shoulders and I feel so much relief from the tension and stiffness I had before. He was very knowledgeable too. This is my second time having dermaplaning and micro needling with Natalie. The treatment and results are great but it’s also all the other little things that Natalie does which truly makes it a non-negotiable. The cooling face mask, the ice globes and the hand massage are so relaxing and luxurious. I step out feeling like a new woman aesthetically and mentally! She is obviously knowledgeable and passionate, explaining why she is doing everything. Would again recommend and return!

I had a lovely massage it was very relaxing and just what I needed. I especially loved that she washed her hands from the oil before moving onto the head massage so my hair wasn't unnecessarily oily (although I did plan for that). I will definitely book again and hopefully make my visits a regular thing.
