My hair was done nicely. I had the straight up and I'm enjoying my hairstyle. The experience would have been 5 stars, but I think my stylist used a brush that had been used on a different client without proper cleaning she only removed the hair from the brush, I was too shy to say anything plus I could be wrong. I almost gave 2 stars because my gel polish was mostly removed using a drill bit. I think she drilled into my actual nail, you can see it under a bright light. Now my nails are pink, and sensitive to temperature and touch, and this hasn't improved since Saturday.

I absolutely loved my visit to UThingo beauty lounge! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with so much warmth and care. They even offered me drinks, a cozy fleece and snack for my baby, such thoughtful touches. The staff was incredibly patient with my little one, making sure she was comfortable and happy throughout our visit. Not only was the team friendly and easy to talk to, but the results are flawless! I’m obsessed with my nails, my wig lines and my daughter's hairstyle is adorable. Plus, I love that they offer a full range of beauty services— it’s so convenient! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my sew-in! My hair had a lot of new growth, and Minnie was so gentle throughout the entire process—there was no pulling at all. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

I absolutely enjoyed my experience. Vanessa was lovely to chat to and her craft is amazing. She really pays attention to detail and accepts a challenge. She wleo ensures to car for your natural nails which so many nail techs seldom do. I’ll definitely be going back and I 100% recommend her!

I have been searching for a salon where I could leave without having a single thing to complain about, and today I finally found it. The hair wash was so gentle and relaxing, and I was genuinely impressed that you used both a detangling leave-in conditioner and a heat protectant. What also stood out to me was that I was asked about my preferences throughout the entire appointment instead of anyone making assumptions. Nezia asked which products I normally prefer to use, whether I wanted gel before it was applied, and checked with me every step of the way.

Although I had initially booked with Lufuno, I’m so happy Minehle did my hair. She was kind, professional and incredibly gentle throughout the appointment. I absolutely love how my sew-in turned out plus she gave me some great tips on how to care for it. I also loved the salon itself, the atmosphere was beautiful and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. I travelled all the way from Cape Town just to have my hair done here and it was worth the trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️
