My first visit to The Bothy for a manicure with Alex. From walking through the door I received a warm welcome, such a nice relaxed atmosphere and all the girls I encountered were friendly and very helpful. Alex did a great job on my very neglected hands and nails .....would not hesitate in recommending and I'm looking forward to future visits

I had a Pedicure with Gel nails which was excellent. The treatment was set in a tranquil, relaxing surroundings and the pedicure was lovely.

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Environment relaxing. Staff very friendly. Very pleased with my pedicure and beautiful red toe nails.

Visited today 21/12 and had my nails done by Jami. She is just amazing and my nails look great. Jami is so friendly and warm and put me at ease straight away. Would definitely recommend!

I gave my friend a voucher Spa package for her Birthday. We enjoyed the pool experience very much. The treatments were excellent, my friend had a shoulder and arm massage which she felt was very beneficial and I had a pedicure from Katie who was so nice and did my nails perfectly.
