My nail technician, Emily, deserves a special mention as she is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I visit for a manicure and pedicure, Emily exceeds my expectations. Her attention to detail is second to none, ensuring that every nail is shaped and polished to perfection. She takes her time, listens to what I want, and always delivers stunning results that leave me feeling pampered and confident. Emily at Aurae London is second to none. Highly recommended!

I always have the most memorable experience with Alex at Vida Hair and Beauty Romford! He’s attentive, calm, and so easy to talk to. Every time I have a haircut, he cuts off exactly the amount I want, and my hair always feels so soft, shiny, and healthy after. Alex is incredibly skilled at what he does, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend him – he’s the best! Looking forward to returning again soon. :) Manvia

I had an amazing experience! My pedicure was done perfectly – super precise and professional. The attention to detail was incredible, and the nails look absolutely beautiful. Marinda was very friendly and smiley. She made sure my 9 yrs old daughter was comfortable when having her hair cut. I would recommend vida at Romford to everyone. All the staff are very friendly and understand customers need.

My first visit today to this Hair Salon. I had the pleasure of meeting Maria my stylist who did a great job on my cut and blow dry, thank you so much Maria. I've booked my next appointment with Maria for December .... need I say more!😉 Was really disappointed when my usual salon in Romford couldn't fit me in but am now very pleased as I am delighted with todays results and can have 2 haircuts with Vida for the price of one with the other salon!! Very happy to recommend this salon and Maria.

Lee is an amazingly patient woman who is wonderful at cutting my autistic son’s hair. Haven’t found anyone in Romford that has managed to do it without him having a meltdown. Will definitely be recommending her salon to anyone.

Had my first BIAB appointment with Kelly today and wanted to leave her a review. My usual nail tech was away and recommended Kelly, and I’m really glad I went with her. She did a great job on my nails and I’m really happy with the result. Although I’ll be going back to my regular tech, I wanted to give Kelly a shout-out because she’s really good at what she does and deserves the recommendation. She’s also a lovely, friendly person and was really easy to chat to 😊

Janty is just the best. I was introduced to her at a low point in my life and she has helped get my spark back with the best nails, eyebrows and lashes I could ask for. I’ve never had a gel manicure that didn’t last more than two weeks and I get almost 4 weeks from my nails. So so happy!

Despite a full on power cut, effecting all the nearby shops etc, Chanelle managed to send me home with an excellent set of nails, albeit in nail varnish not gel. Everything was effected so she had to work by what was left of the daylight and by candle light. We were halfway through my session when the power cut hit, luckily just before the base coat, so plans had to change. Thank you Chanelle.

Came here with my 3 daughters & we all had a wash cut, blow dry, can honestly say we had a lovely experience, very relaxing & lovely staff. My child also had a manicure & pedicure which was fantastic, highly recommend if you have children as the atmosphere is great, my daughter watched a movie whilst having all of her treatments done.
