First time in the NEW tanning bed, thorough online consult form done and to be completed prior to my appointment. Finished work early and they were able to take me in just before 3pm and I was booked for 5.30pm. All ladies I spoke to at the desk were warm and friendly. They wouldn’t recommend a 12min session for your first time but, allowed me to with my Olive skin and checked my understanding and strength of their machine. With it being super sunny today in Dunedin they checked that I was hydrated and advised not go back out in full sun post my session. Loved the new machine!!! Thank you x

Isobel not only has excellent knowledge of the exercises but also is really good at showing you the correct way to perform each exercise. She is also super nice and patient.

Great sauna and red light therapy session today. Feeling relaxed, refreshed, and energized. Recovery is just as important as the workout—feeling fantastic. Definitely I'll be back again.

I had my induction with Ava and she was amazing! Felt so motivated and comfortable. All of the ladies are so nice there and the gym really is a judge free zone and women of all ages. Bonus for me is the amazing child minding service, Steph is great and the kids room is so fun!

A staple in my life that has been so amazing for my recovery. Anyone thats injured, needing a post training recovery or even a mental reset, the saunas at well and being are where they are at!

So amazing, staff were so welcoming and inviting the float was just Devine!!! I even got offered an infrared recovery treatment at half price for competing in the marathon. Will def be back ❤️

Lovely gym just need to work out timing to join

Was excited when I booked in today! Got to try the new service of Flowpresso/ Brain tapping. Completely relaxing i was feeling lighter every passing minute. The opinions of auto to pick from was fantastic. I went for a relaxing auto to help with memory with the relation compression. Absolutely bliss. I feel light in the mind. 10/10 experience.

I love the gym and its philosophy, which seems based hugely in kindness. My only issues have been due to my own motivation levels, moving both job and house this year after 10 years in each. Also breaking my wrist right in between both of these… also parking can be a pain but it’s still a luxury to have any parking at an inner city gym. Coming back makes me definitely want to stay - I’m thinking on it but will opt for a non contract next time as I have a September life deadline next year in terms of decisions and if all goes according to plan I will be leaving nz

Katherine was great and very informative. The gym is much bigger than it looks from the outside and has a great set up.

Georgia is an amazing instructor, really makes the body feel alive, also with some good humor which lightens the mood when your body is on fire 🤣. Recommend booking the contrast sauna and ice bath for afterwards to really put some rnr into the body.
