It’s not a quick fix getting back on the road to recovery .Sometimes you don’t think you are improving. Until you see the film clips . Elliott makes sure you do your rehab correctly . Highly recommend. I had a great experience with my sports massage from Erik. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout. Erik was professional, checked in on pressure, and helped release a lot of tension as well as suggested at home exercises to improve problematic areas. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and would definitely recommend.

Elliot quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me exercises to do that have alleviated almost all of my pain. He explained everything to me in detail, down to the videos that he sent me so that I can remind myself how the exercises are to be properly completed. I highly recommend Elliot.

I cannot recommend Erik enough! I’m 5 months postpartum & have been struggling with neck/shoulder pain from breastfeeding & carrying my baby, & I felt like a new woman after my appointment. Erik was friendly & professional, listened to my concerns & made me feel comfortable & informed of what he was doing & why. His assessment at the beginning of my appointment highlighted the specific areas I was having issues with & at the end of my appointment these were all feeling much better. He also recommended some exercises to help me moving forward. I’ve already recommend him to friends and family!

Erik was very informative before, during and after the appointment. He made sure i was at ease before beggining and talked to me during the massage so I knew why certain stretches were needed or why specific spots were targeted. I would recommend Erik's service to anyone with back issues.

I was really struggling with pain in my right shoulder and down the side of my neck. This was my first sports massage experience and it was amazing, and so convenient as Erik was able to come to my home. He really listened and asked questions to help me understand what had likely caused the tension. After just one massage I feel so much relief! I describing it as “floaty”! Thank you so much Erik! I highly recommend.

Hutch , technical ability is great he understands how to reduce the problem from where the pain started. Explains why I had a problem in the first place and as long as I followed the instructions doing my work out every day. Over a period of time it will improve.
