Kieran is the best coach someone could have. He pays incredible attention to the even the smallest of details, constantly advising you ways to improve. Every session is one that I look forward to. I’m grateful to have a coach as great he is and I definitely recommend him to anyone that is interested in boxing.

A truly enlightening, relaxing & beautiful experience for 2. Involving a guided meditation, stretching, deep relaxation/energy healing. The room was set up beautifully, like walking into a place of what dreams are made of, the smells, low lighting & comfy blankets instilled a sense of peace & happiness. We ate cake/drank tea then took it in turns to have amazing treatments or lying in a cosy sauna blanket reading. I had-facial, massage & reflexology - amazing, Jane always knows exactly what you need. Walking out of the room we were floating. Thankyou for one of the best afternoons of my life!

Highly recommend Omnibox!! I have started my fitness journey again, and i must admit i was very nervous and self conscious. I shouldnt have worried though, as i was made to feel welcome and comfortable from day one. Coach is very professional, and is a great teacher!! The gym is also very clean, and the added touch of the facewipes/toiletries in the rest rooms is so thoughtful!!

I started boxing just for fun to break up my week, but Kieran has made it so much more! Super approachable, he keeps energy high, spots my weak areas, and adapts sessions to push me inside & outside the ring with drills to improve my skills. As a woman, 1:1 can be intimidating, but he made it easy. Nearly 4 months in and we’re still going strong, Kieran, you’ve got me for a while ha 😄

Been training with Kieran few a couple of years now and the impact his training plans/sessions had on my progress inside the ring was unbeatable. The skill development after a couple of sessions was insane, with the way he tailored the sessions and his coaching style for me helped guide me to gain a greater understanding of the sport and what it’s about. Couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone trying to get into the sport or trying to further their skills.

Been training on and off with Kieran now for around 4 years and hand on heart can say he is the best trainer i have been to! Always early and ready for the session, pushes me to get the most out of my workout & i always leave feeling like i have tested my limits whilst learning something new also! Started off with Kieran at foundry gym, come a very long way to where Omnibox is now. Trained for a long amount of time and nationally and internationally too! Kieran is underrated and one of the best coaches out there, tailors everything to your needs and pushes you. Zac for mma quality.
