A truly enlightening, relaxing & beautiful experience for 2. Involving a guided meditation, stretching, deep relaxation/energy healing. The room was set up beautifully, like walking into a place of what dreams are made of, the smells, low lighting & comfy blankets instilled a sense of peace & happiness. We ate cake/drank tea then took it in turns to have amazing treatments or lying in a cosy sauna blanket reading. I had-facial, massage & reflexology - amazing, Jane always knows exactly what you need. Walking out of the room we were floating. Thankyou for one of the best afternoons of my life!

Perfect way to start the weekend! Visited today for the second time for two treatments; red light therapy full body and the infra red sauna. Both were great, can already feel the difference in my body with less aches and niggles. Leah welcomed me with a great smile when I arrived, was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. The centre was once again spotlessly clean, with lovely extras available such as robe, slippers and refreshments. Thanks for a great start to my Friday!

It had been a while since I’d had a treatment & Jane always knows what I need and how to make me feel lighter. I had a full back neck & shoulders snd reflexology. I was so relaxed I nodded off a couple of times but that is how Jane makes me feel. Relaxed, calm and comfortable and that’s exactly the environment Jane has created.
