Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.

I booked in for a sports massage but it was much more indepth and thorough. Jason's assessment, treatment and recommendations of exercises to complete at home has made an improvement in how I feel, my flexibility and discomfort. He was welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my appointment. Great value for money, and I would recommend Parkstone Chiropractic & Wellness.

I booked an appointment due to sore shoulders and arms. Initial appointment was very thorough and Teresa advised on other issues that I didn't even mention, she's very observant. The first appointment left me informative of dietary issues and lack of vitamins. The second appointment got me well on the way to be fixed with stretching exercises to do to help ready for a third appointment. Couldn't recommend enough. THANKS xx

My first session with Teresa was very helpful. I was having some lower back pain that was keeping me awake at night. This session helped pinpoint the reason for the pain. She did some adjustments that helped immediately. I have a followup session planned.
