I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Kirstie was brilliant. This isn’t your standard health and beauty salon. Kirstie has a great understanding of the body and provided exactly what I needed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help recover from the gym. The studio itself is modern, smells incredible and felt very welcoming. I cannot recommend highly enough😁

Abi is always so friendly and makes me feel relaxed, I have been going to her for a couple of years now and I feel like she knows me, there is never any pressure to do more or less. Kyle always gives great advice on how to rehab correctly and helps ease pain quickly with a sports massage

I would highly recommend kyle i went to him using crutches after injuring my knee falling down stairs after regular visits and an exercise plan my knee was back to normal he is professional and knowledgeable and very approachable i am very grateful to him as i didnt think it was possible to return to normal activities
