I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Kirstie was brilliant. This isn’t your standard health and beauty salon. Kirstie has a great understanding of the body and provided exactly what I needed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help recover from the gym. The studio itself is modern, smells incredible and felt very welcoming. I cannot recommend highly enough😁

Abi is always so friendly and makes me feel relaxed, I have been going to her for a couple of years now and I feel like she knows me, there is never any pressure to do more or less. I have been happy with all the treatments that I have had and I know if there is ever a problem, she will do everything to help resolve it, luckily there never is 😃

I would highly recommend kyle i went to him using crutches after injuring my knee falling down stairs after regular visits and an exercise plan my knee was back to normal he is professional and knowledgeable and very approachable i am very grateful to him as i didnt think it was possible to return to normal activities

I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise. Act2recovery was professional throughout, from the easy booking to the specialist assessments and the treatments they recommended. I was surprised at how effective it was. My pain is now almost completely gone. I will definitely be returning to them. Highly recommended!
