I absolutely loved my experience today! My hair looks so beautiful, hydrated, and healthy, and the haircut turned out perfect. Ashiya was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional — she really took her time and paid attention to every detail. I could tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. This salon is so welcoming and friendly! They’re also extremely experienced. The stylists and colorists are phenomenal! David took my dark hair all the way to a flattering blonde with highlights. Roberto is always great. I don’t do the same style every time for my short hair and he’s always happy to try something new for me. He also gives good advice when I can’t decide between some styles. The salon is always clean and they have good products for hair wash and style.

I just got my 2nd haircut with Chi. My first one was last fall when I was working in NYC for a few months,. I loved the asymmetrical style she gave me so much that I returned this weekend though I'm only visiting the city for a few days. My salon in San Francisco just doesn't match up! Chi has an eye for what will look good, and makes it happen with such ease.

My experience visiting Domi hair salon. Was amazing and friendly. Jocelyn is such a character her personality is beyond. She takes good care of the clients. She does the way the client ask. And she is very gentle with her hands. Omg super duper. I love her hands. Her hands 🙌🏻are an angel 😇 She is beyond with everything to wax to facials etc. I love ❤️ her place. I gave 5 stars ✨ because she deserves a good review and her doing Brazilian wax amazing. 🤩 And I can’t complain at all. She knows how I’m and how dramatic I’m lmao 🤣 when it comes for the visit hehe 🙃 thank you 😊 jocelyn. .

I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

Genuinely the best haircut I’ve gotten in NYC. I’ve gone to quite a few different salons dedicated to curly hair, including traveling all the way to Jersey to get a proper cut. And in all instances I’ve left underwhelmed, with a cut that was not what I had asked for. This experience was the exact opposite! She took the time to take into account the different curl patterns I have, my daily styling routine, what I wanted and what was achievable. I left the appointment looking and feeling amazing! For anyone out there with 3c hair who has struggled to find a proper cut, definitely visit Chi!

During my stay in New York, I decided to get my hair cut. Online, I found an independent hairdresser in Union Square. On the 12th floor of a historic building, I met Marianna and her assistant Annie in a small salon. The atmosphere was very pleasant, calm, with relaxing lounge music playing. Marianna was very focused and took great care and attention to detail with my haircut, which I love. Even after the first wash, my hair looks fantastic. (I never blow dry my hair). Thank you for this authentic New York experience.

I opted for the Milbon Japanese hair treatment, Hair Color, and weeks after keratin treatment, and I very happy with the results. Qiu’s expertise shone through as he expertly assessed my hair's needs recommended the best treatments for me. The Milbon treatment left my hair feeling incredibly soft and revitalized, while the Keratin treatment. I highly recommend!
