Our appointment was from 11:00-2:00, the braider was not ready for us until 11:30 and we had to wait 30 min before she was able to start. This is the first time I have had to wait so long to get started. The appointments lasted from 11:30 to 3:30.. The stylist did a good job, but the long wait was a little frustrating.
