If there were a star above “Fantastic”, that’s exactly how I would rate the team at Preston & Co! I had completely ruined my hair with an over-the-counter dye and it looked absolutely dreadful. In my line of work, I’m expected to use social media a lot, so to say it knocked my confidence would be an understatement. The team at Preston were amazing — they even fitted me in between clients to sort it out. I absolutely adore my new colour and I will never dye my hair at home again! Nobody skilled as Neha, just a babe! So pleasant did such a wonderful job of my hair. I’m so happy with my new look, she made my whole experience positive and I felt so comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Neha enough. As a manager of the salon I truly believe she does not get enough credit for her efforts and how much of an amazing hair dresser and stylist she is! I was looking for a braider in Preston after moving to the UK for school and I came across this lovely woman. She was very friendly, did a great job and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. She also gave me some snacks (love the Walkers Sensations btw) and I was really pleased with how this turned out! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Georgia was lovely, welcoming and friendly. She took her time going over what I wanted and explained how we would achieve it and maintain it. My hair is amazing, Georgia has done a fab job, the colour cut and blow dry is great! Would highly recommend if you want a friendly hairdresser that provides a great quality service!

Had a really relaxing time, the stylist was very chatty and pleasant. Really happy with the style/cut the stylist took time and care making sure i was happy with the length. A really great salon and the staff all seemed very bubbly and friendly aswell. 1st time here after recommendation from a friend and I'll definitely come back. I’ve recently moved up north and finding a new hairdresser felt like a gamble, but I’m so glad I found Kristopher. He fit me in last minute and everything ran perfectly on time. I’ve been blonde for 6 years and am very particular, but he nailed the colour. I only showed a few photos of my hair and trusted him to cut and style it with very little input—he got it exactly right. Genuinely the best I’ve had. The hair massage was amazing too. Highly recommend!

Sarah has been amazing as always! She’s done mine and my little one’s hair (Ava is 3), and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Sarah kept Ava entertained with snacks, drinks, music, dancing, and even a cute mirror gift.
