Emma is so knowledgeable about colours. I had a bit of an idea what I wanted but didn't know how to explain it. After looking at my hair and asking some questions she got the colours spot on. She was explaining what she was doing to my hair all the way through. So professional. Love the colour and final hair do. What a fab experience - feel so relaxed and pampered. Absolutely first class and my husband who's just retired from hairdressing after 50 years thinks the colour work Emma's done is exceptional. Praise indeed from a fellow very experienced hairdresser.
