I was slightly apprehensive about attending but it completely vanished when Urszula opened the door, looking professional, clean n sharp. The room was spotless, bright and well maintained. Urszula gave full information about both treatments and felt secure in her hands. I even fell asleep, which is always a good sign on a first appointment. The equipment was clean, sterile and gave disposable garments. Urszula gifted a Xmas gift bag, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this salon for treatments.

My waxing treatment was really good. Very thorough. I won't say pain free as it was a Hollywood 🙈 but it was better than some places I've been! Melissa puts you at ease and tells you where to pull to help. Definitely recommend

This my was my first visit to The little village retreat. The booking process was very simple. The salon itself is very welcoming and is in walking distance for me which is great. Katie was very friendly and professional and I was very impressed with my treatment, so much so I have booked my next appointment already.
