My daughter just had her hair styled by Nisa at the salon, and the experience was wonderful. Nisa was amazing, so knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. She made the entire curl experience really enjoyable for my daughter and took great care to explain what she was doing. We’re so happy to have found a salon in Derby that truly knows how to style all hair types, making them a cut above the rest. We’re extremely pleased and will definitely be back/ highly recommending them to friends.

Thank you, Lydia! I booked a last-minute haircut and treatment through Fresha and was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lydia gave me a great consultation, really listened to what I wanted, and was brilliant throughout the whole appointment. She was friendly, attentive, and took great care to make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. The head massage was unreal — I almost fell asleep! I cannot fault Millie's friendliness or expertise as a hairdresser. This was my first appointment for a proper curly cut as my hair has gone wavy with menopause and I really wasn't sure how to work with it. Millie talked me through the process of the dry cut before washing. She also told me the best to wash and style my hair. She was patient when I was unsure of the length, the parting and my fringe. It makes me seem very fussy, but she was so lovely throughout. I definitely recommend Millie, and I will definitely be back. Thank you Millie 😊

Great appointment had half on head of highlights and curly trim and blow dry. I am so please and Georgia and Clare were so accommodating as I had to move the time of my appointment and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Excellent service, quality professional from the award winning hair salon.

BEST HAIRDRESSER I HAVE EVER HAD !! Mille is a lovely young lady who rescued my curly hair, 7 months ago i turned up with misshapen poorly cut hair. Mille brought it back to life with her knowledge of good products and how best to cut and style curly hair. She is polite, cheerful and we always have a great conversation :)

It was absolutely amazing…it was my daughters first ever experience at the local hairdresser.Fantastic customer care,well spoken staff,totally professional.Joshua made thereee amazing best tea I have had in a long time.Also Zamora who cut my daughters hair was so accommodating,she actually listened to what I wanted for my daughter.
