I would recommend Kelly to parents for a child's haircut. Not only is she is very friendly, professional and talented, she is also accommodating and engaging with her clients. My son has has some sensory difficulties and he felt very comfortable throughout the haircut by checking in and walking him through the steps. Kelly is the best!

I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. She recommends products to make the hair healthy/protected both before and after colouring. I love her balayage work. Next up is a haircut!! I always feel great after my appointments. I was in on Friday for a cut, colour and blowout with Nikki and I couldn’t be more impressed. The salon is beautiful. So welcoming and Nikki walked me through every step of the process so there were no surprises. After years of looking for a stylist who truly listens and makes me feel comfortable, the search is over. Can’t wait to go back!

I had such a great experience. I started with black hair and she completely transformed my color and added extensions beautifully. The blend is perfect and the tone looks amazing. You can really tell she takes her time and pays attention to every detail. I also get my sew-in extensions done by her and she is excellent at it. Everything always looks natural and feels comfortable. I’m always happy with the results.
