I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. I was in on Friday for a cut, colour and blowout with Nikki and I couldn’t be more impressed. The salon is beautiful. So welcoming and Nikki walked me through every step of the process so there were no surprises. After years of looking for a stylist who truly listens and makes me feel comfortable, the search is over. Can’t wait to go back!

I had such a great experience. I started with black hair and she completely transformed my color and added extensions beautifully. The blend is perfect and the tone looks amazing. You can really tell she takes her time and pays attention to every detail. I also get my sew-in extensions done by her and she is excellent at it. Everything always looks natural and feels comfortable. I’m always happy with the results.
