This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! I went to Dilaani spa on bank street today for my second treatment. The first one I did was a lymphatic drainage that I really liked. I had heard about the viral Japanese scalp massage and was thrilled to see that this place offered it. The price point is very good as well. It's 1 1/2 hours and let me tell you, you will feel like a queen. I have never felt so taken care of than I did when Sia did my scalp treatment today. I have been to many spas and had a lot of treatments and massages. This scalp massage was 1000/1000. I can't recommend it enough. Like literally the best experience EVER !!!

I had an amazing experience! The esthetician was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive to my skin concerns.
