Meeting Charlie was a pleasure in its self, she is very welcoming and made it clear from the start that if I needed anything changed it would not be a problem, she had already showed this by listening to what I wanted and working her magic and coming up with a design that I loved. The tattoo is beautiful and was pain free. We chatted and laughed throughout which puts you at ease. The studio was spotless and I’m already booked in for my next one.

Charlie is amazing at what she does! Such a warm and friendly atmosphere at every apt I attend at The Beauty House. I am so so pleased with my brows and lashes. I highly recommend SPMU brows! Once done, they are low maintenance and look great for such a long time before you need the top up / refresh apt.

Had a tint on my eyebrows for the first time and they look fantastic 😍

I was made to feel very welcome the moment I entered the clinic. Mercedes was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My procedure was botox and under eye polynucleotide. my lines under my eyes have reduced dramatically. I couldn't be any happier. She truly expert and phenomenal at what she does. Mercedes explained the treatment throughly and was very caring which put me at ease. 100% recommend Mercedes. Will return back for more treatments.
