The Kerrie was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was smooth and well-managed. Had the best experience getting the HIFU Maxi treatment at St James Aesthetics. The girls were so lovely, had a thorough consultation and overview of the treatment, all of my questions were answered and it was such an easy and lovely experience. The treatment was great, already seeing results after my first session I’m so happy, it was painless as well which was even better. I’d definitely recommend putting your trust with the girls here, so worth it🤍🤍🤍can’t wait for my next treatment!!!

I’ve been having my laser sessions with Safa and I’ve had such a lovely experience so far! 🤍 Safa is genuinely so kind and professional. She always makes me feel at ease during my appointments. I really appreciate how she takes her time during each session. She always makes sure I know what to expect and how to look after my skin afterwards. The clinic is always spotless, comfortable and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve noticed a good difference since starting my sessions and I’m so happy with my progress. I would definitely recommend Safa and the clinic to anyone thinking about laser x

Had a great facial/chemical peel with Amy today, a lovely face mask after and a relaxing scalp massage which was lovely! Amy’s very knowledgeable and helpful with the products and information, what to expect before and after. Would highly recommend and will be booking back in for another session in 2 weeks time. I loveeee coming here to get my laser done! Chloe is the most amazing person she makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you enter her room, you can talk to her about anything and have a laugh with!! My results have been amazing I’m on my 5th session now and I have hardly any hair under my arms if I get any it’s very fair and I don’t need to shave everyday which I love! My Hollywood comes in very light after each session I find I don’t need to shave as much as I used to anymore. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous she’s outdone herself >3

Had the most amazing experience getting waxing and IPL done here! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an absolute queen. The staff were so professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The space is clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. I had the best experience at Sydney Skin and Body in parramatta. Sandra and Charli made me feel so comfortable throughout every session and provided me with a high level of customer service. I had 9 sessions of EMS and RF which were painless and I noticed results around the 4th session. Sue is so professional in her work ethic. Her clinic is spotless relaxing and it is refreshing to see Sue looking the perfect advertisement for her business. My treatment of IPL has been continuing for a few sessions with fabulous results. Sue is gentle reassuring and confident with this equipment thus I feel encouraged to continue with future suggestions of ongoing enhancement. I feel confident in my appearance which is a huge plus for most women so thank you Sue so much.

I absolutely love The Radiance Room and Megan! I had The Light Ritual with LED and genuinely didn’t want it to end. As a mum, I don’t get much time for myself, so this is my little treat and my chance to relax. Megan is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. She takes the time to chat, listens to what my skin needs and really caters the treatment to me. I always walk in feeling stressed and leave feeling completely relaxed, refreshed and looked after. You can tell Megan puts so much care and effort into what she does. It’s honestly amazing and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! ❤️

My session with Dallas was really wonderful. I needed some nurture and she was so beautifully present and warm. I tried the new Transform Facial - Winter Reset '26 to give myself a needed boost. The first step application process was very quick, and for me, relatively painless. I experienced a hot tingle during the activation period which was pretty much alleviated by the fans. I was warned prior to application that it could be intense. I had no issue during the 12 hrs it was on other than a mild burning at the base of my throat for 1-2 hours and a taut fell to my face. The use of supplied product for skin care post the 12 hours was explained clearly. I now await the peeling stage and follow up facial!

I’ve just come to the end of 12 Dermalux sessions as part of OMG’s eczema protocol and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can actually live my life again after 8 months of hell with severe eczema/TSW. It was affecting my whole life and all Doctors would prescribe is more steroid creams which were making my skin and gut health worse and worse. All the ladies at the clinic are lovely, knowledgeable and genuinely seem to care. Finding this place has been a lifesaver. Thank you! ❤️

I had another electrolysis session with Rachel today and once again she did an amazing job. She is very professional, careful and thorough, and you can really see how much pride she takes in her work. I’m extremely happy with the results so far and the service is always excellent. I originally came here to temporarily cover my eyebrows while having laser removal. My plan was to get them light enough to eventually tattoo again, but I left with something even better she taught me how to do my own brows! I absolutely love the skill she has given me and how confident I now feel doing them myself. I honestly don't think I'll be rushing to have them tattooed again anytime soon. She was patient, knowledgeable and explained everything so well. Thank you so much I came for a temporary fix and left with a skill I can keep! ❤️
