She is incredibly skilled with acupressure points and took the time to patiently listen to my requests and concerns. I walked in with sore muscles and an exhausted body, and walked out feeling relieved, refreshed, and genuinely happy. I can’t recommend her enough! I had a great experience at Knead in Marpole, Vancouver. The space was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable, which immediately helped me relax. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and my therapist Chris took the time to ask about my specific concerns before starting the session. Throughout the massage, his technique flowed seamlessly, creating a really calming and effective experience. I felt genuinely cared for the entire time, and it was clear he was attentive to my needs. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better overall. I would definitely recommend this therapist.

This was so calming and peaceful. My skin was lifted and glowing as i left from a facial but the head spa experience all around was superb! The head massage and treatments were relaxing and healing. Ending with the leg massage was incredible. Would recommend Auska 110% She makes your journey into the best experience possible with quiet nuturing atmosphere and attention. Will make this a must a future trips to Vancouver BC!

Cameron was absolutely fantastic. He listened closely and focused on the areas where I had a lot of tension and pain. I walked out feeling real relief. I truly appreciated the stretches he showed me right after to help prevent the pain from returning. He was extremely welcoming and very attentive, especially when I mentioned specific areas that needed extra focus. His breathing guidance was something I had never experienced with an RMT and it was incredibly helpful for releasing tension. I would highly recommend visiting the Knead location in Marpole.

Absolutely must try this place! The vibe is amazing from the moment they open the door for you to when they see you out the door. It’s so peaceful and perfect for anyone who needs some de-stressing. Totally worth the price and you can’t find anywhere else in Vancouver like this. The owner talked to me for about 15 minutes before my appointment because I arrived early. She’s so sweet and super chill. From the head massage, to face massage, then the hair wash to the shoulder and back massage after, it was really enjoyable!

Yi is fantastic! I came in for a cut and style and left absolutely loving the result. He's the kind of stylist who lets his work do the talking — no unnecessary chit-chat, just focused, skilled, and precise the whole way through. Honestly so refreshing. He was incredibly detailed and thorough, taking his time to get every section just right. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and takes pride in his craft.
