I've been receiving treatment from Mark now for over a year for a herniated disc. I can honestly say that his work has meant I have been able to do my job( joiner) and with out his help I think I'd be nearly on the scrap heap 😆 He's dedicated to his work and is a great bloke 💪

The InBody scan is such a great bit of kit to compliment any training you are doing. It tells you if training and eating are getting you the results you want and more. The time you get with Mark after to chat about the results is invaluable. From the results he is a fountain of knowledge about what your next steps could be to get you nearer to any goals you have set. I can’t imagine training and not having a scan every few weeks to see where I’m at.

If you've not had one of Mark's Inbody scans yet and you want to know more about decreasing body fat and increasing muscle mass then this is a must. There is so much information in one of the scans that it really tells you what is going on inside your body, especially visceral fat around internal organs. It's a great bit of kit that supports and compliments along side your training, I highly recommend!!

My first personal training session with Mark. He took me through a fairly easy routine to get me started but I still found it pretty tough going. Today I feel like I’ve only been trampled by a relatively small herd of water buffalo. He has also placed the routine into his app for me so I can continue on my own before my next session with him. 😎

Super friendly guy, super knowledgeable. Thorough assessment and explained everything in a way that was understandable even if you are not familiar with anatomy. Has a lot of training under his belt and offers a plethora of treatments. Took a long time to get booked in with Mark but it is worth the wait.

Mark was amazing with my son and quickly diagnosed his issue which was different to what we had assumed. He has pointed out why it has happened through his observations of my son during the assessment. We now have short term healing plans and we will be back for longer term treatment to prevent it happening in the future.
