I came here today for the first time to have old BIAB removed and a new set applied. The staff were very welcoming and Lotty did a fantastic job. My natural nails are very weak and brittle and she was very gentle to make sure she didn’t do any more damage and her work looks very clean and natural. She recommended to shape them to complement my hands and I could not be happier! As always, the service (From the talented Grace) was beyond exceptional. As long as Grace is working at NOAH Melbourne, I will be a faithful costomer. Now, In My Not So Humble Opinion, you should offer just facial massages, maybe 20-minute sessions or so, and (if you already do, I did not see the option at the Melbourne site) straight razor shave.

I have very sensitive eyes and have tried several lash salons around Melbourne, but this place is by far the most comfortable experience I’ve had in the city. YUKA is amazing – she is extremely attentive, gentle, and also very fast, which makes a huge difference. My eyes never feel irritated, and the lashes always turn out beautiful and natural after i’ve got set! Highly recommend this salon, especially YUKA, if you’re looking for comfort and quality.
