I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Venus and Victoria Salon & Spa is a great place with easy online appointment booking, excellent service, and friendly staff. They truly take care of you completely. I had a wonderful experience with Anissa! Anissa is awesome, gave me a lot of tips on how to take care of my hair and gave me an awesome haircut. Chloe was amazing, kind, knowledgeable and very patient! She was very focussed on her work, super gentle with the tools and made sure to check in with me on the progress of my nails !! I changed my mind on a 3d art for a few nails and she willing removed it and started the process all over again on going cat eyes for all. I felt bad but she was super understanding and kind about it. Thank you Chloe for such an amazing experience :) would definitely recommend - most gentle nail tech I've ever had

Tracy absolutely saved the day! I smudged my nails right in the middle of dress shopping and was stressing about it, but she took me and completely redid it. My experience was wonderful. Andrea was fantastic and it was one of the best facials I've had. She was both gentle, and yet had the perfect amount of firmness. The arm massage was the bomb. My only critique was that someone quietly came into the room a couple of times which was distracting, but that had nothing to do with Andrea's amazing facial. Highly recommend a facial with Andrea.

My hair was a disaster- damaged, I had used different pharmacy hair colours and it is thinning at a rapid pace. A friend recommended I try the Venus Victoria Salon. Bill did a fabulous job with the colour and Teighlor with the cut. I am positively delighted and will be a faithful client from now on. I live in the east end of Toronto but it’s worth the drive to get my hair done right. It looks great and Teighlor even recommended products that help build volume and hide the thinning.
